Complete four-week fitness challenge

Treezie's story

It's spring. Time to stop skiving off and get back to being baddass.

Over the next four weeks I will:

- Do difficult yoga every Monday 
- Drag my butt to crossfit every Wednesday
- Do stretch yoga every Friday
- Level-up on healthy eating (bye bye ice cream and potato cakes)

- Maintain momentum on getting things organised for Dragon Dreaming 2015 

To jump on the bandwagon, commit over the next four weeks to:
- one hour of strength-based exercise per week
- one hour of cardio/strength based exercise per week
- one hour of stretch/core strength exercise per week 
- improve your eating habits
- if you're not already attending, buy ticket to Dragon Dreaming 2015 - (see what i did there?) ;)
